With more than 8 years of online marketing experience, Milena uses her expertise in content marketing, web analytics, social media, conversion optimization (CRO), and SEM (search engine marketing) - along with a broad set of technical and project management skills - to manage all aspects of a company’s web presence.

She works as an online marketing manager for FalconStor Software, Inc., and manages her own web design company - Complete Website Care. She is also an author and Marketing volunteer for the award-wining Joomla! Community Magazine.
