The Internet changes the old print culture dramatically. The falling number of subscriptions and, most notably, the permanent, immediate and free availability of news and information online demand urgently new business models for publishing houses. The Internet not only suppress the old business, but makes a new business possible. We have consulted local and national newspaper publishers in this process and accompanied the development of their Internet platforms.
