This project will support and facilitate older citizens:

• to better understand and address these issues & barriers to learning through action research
• to develop skills and competences to continue learning through informal training modules such as mentoring, communication, languages, ICT
• to use these skills and technologies to develop their own informal course modules based on their practical knowledge (include e.g. creative activities, enterprise activities, healthy living activities, craft manufacture, life management activities) and to share these so increasing knowledge, confidence and self-worth. The exact content will be an emergent process
