The 2-years learning partnership aimed to rediscover and preserve traditions in cooking across Europe, enhancing the possibilities of learning and cross-generational cohesion. Institutions from five European countries built intergenerational peer groups to enable greater integration and learning so that younger people learn to cook by working with the older people in the rural communities and, in turn, help these develop and record the food preparation, cooking and festivities.
